RETURN, REFUND & CANCELLATION POLICY

At Cryofeel, customer satisfaction is important to us.

Returns

Returns are accepted only if:

• Product is damaged during delivery
• Wrong product delivered
• Product has manufacturing defect

Returns are not accepted for:

• Used products
• Normal wear and tear
• Personal comfort preference
• Minor cosmetic variations

Refunds

Once the returned item is inspected and approved, refund will be processed to the original payment method within 5–7 business days.

Cancellation

Orders can be cancelled before dispatch.

If cancellation is requested after dispatch, logistics charges may apply.

Cryofeel reserves the right to reject invalid refund/return claims.
